Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 22, 2017 2:24 pm Has anyone in QLD built a granny flat on here? I want a one bedroom with ensuite, kitchen, living and laundry that is between 40 to 50m2. Must also have a very decent size alfresco/patio/pergola. I do not want to do owner build and want it to be managed all the way through from council approvals to build to handover. I would be building on an acre and it is to be detached from the house. After speaking with a few companies, the going rate seem to be around 100K to 120K.
