Wondering how the cables will be run post handover if all internal walls are insulated. Thanks. Thanks. you have 2 potential problems. the insulation and the uprights in the way. please find a photo from our kitchen wall insulated before plaster as you see theres no room for anything in there. I am building a single storey house with the hope of saving some coin by doing electricals later on. They asked if we wanted Alfresco at an extra cost but we declined and will have decking instead. I suggest ringing the main office and asking to speak to someone higher up. Agree with you. They have screwed the entire process around.
