Your bricks are beautiful and unique as well, your build is progressing really well, am show you will be in very early in the new year☺️. We just chose random beings because our covenant requires us to render the whole external part of the house. I can't wait to post new pictures 😍 Re: New home build with Oracle 47Nov 19, 2017 1:43 pm Wow Zuzu00 I am amazed at how fast your build is going, you will be in before you know it 😄. We had our roof done this week , our windows are getting next week. Our SS hopes we will be enclosed by Christimas, I hope so too. Re: New home build with Oracle 50Dec 20, 2017 6:23 pm That’s good to hear all of there older customers seem to speak very poorly of them so it’s good to hear from someone currently building. They have told us 16 weeks start to finish. Do you think that is possible from what you are seeing with your build? Re: New home build with Oracle 51Dec 20, 2017 7:48 pm 16 weeks could be possible if all is going well. I know some one who build with Oracle and they moved in before 16 weeks. I don’t know if ours will be done by week 16, we had a bit of delay earlier on because of the rain, we are happy with the progress so far , we were on site on 6 October, we are now on lock down. We hope it’s going to progress well after the Christmas break. Re: New home build with Oracle 52Nov 12, 2018 7:41 pm mafu1983 16 weeks could be possible if all is going well. In the building period clause it states that from commencement they have 197 dry days and 10 days for wet data for time allowance. Can I ask if your clause was similar to this? As we have been told several times they go by a 16 week building time frame, however 197 working days comes to approx 40 weeks? 🤔🤔 just wondering what your clause had in it? Thanks ☺️ Re: New home build with Oracle 53Nov 12, 2018 7:53 pm Allyh01 mafu1983 16 weeks could be possible if all is going well. Thanks ☺️ Hi Allyh, unfortunately it’s been long but I think the clause is the same, Oracle took just over 7 months to build our house. It was so long and frustrating . I remember we got our keys close to the timeframe they had given us. I honestly think it depends with your SS because some people had their homes finished quite quick with Oracle. Though the build took a long time to finish we are happy with the finished product and their inclusions are great.
