Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building With AllCastle Homes 39Oct 27, 2017 3:59 pm Mojitostan Thanks Tara We have now accepted the render and will be going forward to the plan and external stage. Did you upgrade your ceiling to 2.7 m ?? If so is your rear stalker door increased to 2.4 m like other internal doors to 2340. ..? Can you also share who you use for the hydraulic ? And if you managed to avoid onsite detention ? I Am also decide if we going to go ahead with terracotta roofing and steel frames. Decisions decisions Stan Hi, yes we had the Easybuild package which included the higher ceilings. I think it's 2.6m. We have the double stacker doors in the back, but the height of those doors are standard. The other internal doors are higher. We also opted to go for the front door lower than the one that came with the package. The reason was that I didn't want the taller front door was because it was mainly made of glass. All the tall doors in their range were mainly glass. We got the solid timber door, same width, I think it's 2100 high but with the 4 glass panels in it. We used Ezy Hydraulic and I actually found him very good and very quick. Thankfully we didn't need the onsite dentention. Re: Building With AllCastle Homes 40Oct 27, 2017 4:04 pm LevaneT Hydraulic Eng will need your house drawing and the pipe/storm water pipe location for the design. More money to pay for locating the pipes. I also have a 2.5m side access drive so also prefer to put the big water tank at backyard. You need to check if any sewer or water pipe run across your land and that limit where to put the tank. We put our rainwater tank, hot water and airconditioning unit all on the same side. That way it freed up one side completely for us. We are lucky though as we have 2 metres on one side and over 3 metres on the other side. We had to come in 3 metres from one side as we are on a corner block and also required to have the side articulated which cost around another $4,000. Hi we are looking to talk to people who have built with them recently. We have signed mid range built contract but identified that a lot of things are not included.… 0 717 Was the offer also on their website?
