The house has been build for a display somewhere which doesn’t have th pipes sticking out hand it? If that’s the case, how can this be “unforeseen” becuase they already had to fix it. Also, if a design flaw means that your elevations don’t show the issue, that’s is definately not your fault. Does you elevations show it being clear under the vanity?
