We are at a standstill thanks to the rain Yes all the plaster will be finished today, just about to post some more pics, our bricky is running behind due to the weather but will be our late next week. Fingers crossed for some sunny days, we feel your pain. Some of our neighbours with timber frmes have no roofs and have been stuck with downpour soaking into their frames, hard times. Glad to see we can modify things without too much expenses, still waiting on our refund from the insulation team though as they did not install or supply in the end. Feeling broke this week... Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14677 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish.
