As a rough idea for main flooring I think to upgrade to a 600x600 porcelain rectified tile will set you back around $5000.
The laminate was part of the wise choice promotion when we signed up, now live boldly but not sure if it still includes the laminate. It's preference oak leaf flooring usually worth about $70 per sqm.
$7500 is about right for your ceiling height as you've raised it twice. It cost us about $4000 to raise ours to 2.59m.
Thank you so much for the info! That really helped a lot! I read a blog today and realised we will most likely need to add a 5k-6k PA for main floor tiling upgrade (including 1.5mm grout). Hopefully that amount is enough! We are building the Washington 26. so it is not a lot of square footage anyway. Our consultant already added $4820 full height tiling to bathroom, ensuite and powder room which is fixed price according to a brochure she had. Thanks again for the info
