Ouch 3.Taking longer than necessary..hence costing you more 4.Screwing up the following work for other trades 5.6 etc OT..There are plenty of Building Information Modelling (BIM) apps to use in navigating your way to a successful build But it all starts with having the right 3D Model, engineering..then the BIM Data plugs into Google/spreadsheets using metadata,scripting, automation, analysis, simulations, etc,etc.. Nothing beats a word of mouth recommendation to get the ball started and to head in the right direction. I am more than happy to give the OP a personal recommendation of a builder in Sydney should they require. faultless is hard to find, talk to your builder because it has real potential to hold up the schedule so needs to someone they work well with.
