
We went with the standard colours as we were happy with gothic cream and crisp white, but if you want to upgrade to 3 coats instead of 2, I believe you can pick any taubmans colour. It will cost you upward of $2000 though.

I would be happy with mid Jan as then the kids can settle in before school returns. Our contract is 39 weeks and according to Eden Brae our building commenced on 15 May which brings us to 14 Feb.
