Wet areas tiling has taken 4 weeks (on Monday it was still not finished). Architraves etc not finished. The trades appear for an hour or two then disappear for days. There are all these unfinished jobs... Seems like the common denominator is our SS who can't organise them or get them back. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
