Yes definitely
Done!!!!
Good on you you are way over contract and I think you've been incredibly patient. No one wants to stamp their feet to get things done but what choice do you have? 🤞 something starts happening

Totally strange as there is nothing on this wall. Ive emailed the SS. Just realised there is no wastage pipe for our bath in the main bathroom Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9796Sep 27, 2017 3:48 pm More than likely be the waste for your basins thats normal running it like that to acommodate hiding the pipework in the wall cavity for hung vanitys Hth
The vanity is on the other wall. We are in the process of getting an undermount added to our contract and all of the Caeserstone documentation recommends a pencil edge to avoid chipping but Coral are saying this will be extra . Does anyone know if this is actually the case and if so how much? Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9798Sep 27, 2017 8:14 pm Yes definitely
Done!!!!
Best of luck corallake! How far over your contract has it gone for you now? Hey mrs, was it ncat or court u were headed? N was that for coral?
Meet kizmo , good to hear from you. Yes it was NCAT- for the driveway which was done outside of the coral contract. How's everything on your end?
Hey mrs I hope the NCAT thing with the drive work out for u! We ditched the house- it was poorly constructed and couldn't deal with arguing wth coral anymore - or coral arguing with us rather! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9799Sep 27, 2017 8:15 pm Corallake Thanks Kizmo We're 3 months over. Wet areas tiling has taken 4 weeks (on Monday it was still not finished). Architraves etc not finished. The trades appear for an hour or two then disappear for days. There are all these unfinished jobs... Seems like the common denominator is our SS who can't organise them or get them back. Hi corallake That's disgusting, u must be so frustrated and disappointed, is the quality good at least? Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9800Sep 27, 2017 10:35 pm Thanks Kizmo. So we got a call...another 6 weeks... painting is starting Friday and will take two weeks. Seriously why go with a volume builder??? It will be over one year for pci and that's if they stick to the ' plan'. Meeting the area manager on site next Thursday. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4342 |
