I would like to know anyone in precinct 2A, still waiting for land registration. Lancom is pushing the registration date every month. Since I was in a home-land package contract signed almost a year ago, I will need to re-sign the building contract due to this delay. Any one facing the same scenario? Regards, PSP Hi My daughter is also in 2A with a house and land package. It has now become very frustrating. First signed with Eden Brae November 2016. You might want to visit the Landcom office in the estate or call them to acquire. I'm from the the first release, paid deposit for the land in Aug 2016 then land was registered in Sept 2016. We started our build in April 2017 and is nearing handover.... keep enquiring or calling the Campbelltown council perhaps. We have already visited the Landcom office and other than being told that there are delays ...nothing was really made clear to us even our solicitor had no luck. Just have fingers crossed that sometime in November it will be registered. Regards, PSP Hi PSP , I am also in precinct 2A . Anticipated registration was August 2017 but now it's in November. I purchased in released 5 July 17 . It's a bit frustrating they kept you waiting so long . Hope they will not change it anymore. Hi Letmein01 Did you here anything from your solicitor regarding registration? They said the registration is anticipated in November 2017. However, I haven't heard anything yet. Have they deposited plans? Land is ready but Landcom are delaying registration until beginning of February 2018 . Reason being everyone will be going on holidays for the Christmas break .😡 Anyone thinking of buying house and land packages be very wary if land is unregistered as you could be in for a long wait ! We were first told registration would be May 2017 now February 2018. This could be a trick planned by your home land contractor to dissapoint you and make a decision by yourself to quit from contract. So they can resell the package for higher price to a new buyer. I think best thing is to be patient. I am in the same boat. Keep posting if you get any information. Re: Building in Hillcroft - Claymore 71Nov 19, 2017 7:38 pm Hi PSP, I also received a call from Landcom. They received the subdivision certificate and its now with LPI. LPI takes up to 3 weeks could be more. Once LPI processed finish then it can be registered due to holiday season coming Landcom estimate it could be late January or February 2018.
