We have chosen the same brick and the same kitchen cabinetry colours. Didn't have the budget for your tiles so I'm a tad envious...looking forward to seeing your build progress. M Thanks ! How are you going with your build? Have they started yet? No, just went in to construction this week so hopefully very very soon! [/quote] A 400x400 matte grey floor tile downstairs, 600x600 upstairs (off the top of my head I can't remember the names but one is a pale grey and one an oatmeal sort of colour). Then 300x600 white satin wall tiles and feature tiles in the niches. Should have put 600x600 everywhere but I was trying to lessen the laying costs. We chose the included laminate, exterior tiles and carpet. Upgraded underlay. Only 5 of our bathroom walls have full height tiling and we still spent $11k extra with Di Lorenzo. Their prices are crazy. If you have the signature package a lot of the tiling in that is probably nice enough to not need upgrading. With signature its full floor tiling throughout and yes, they are really expensive but i will say that their stuff is great quality. With the laminate and exterior tiles, did you have to add anything on top. That's what i'm considering now. Whether to just try to save cost by going with wisdom inclusion. What size floor tile is it? Re: Wisdom Homes - Manhattan 39 Build Thread 16Sep 01, 2017 1:59 pm doosra I'm expecting my bathroom quote to come back at about 12k or so. What size floor tile is it? The exterior tile is 45x45 (we are on the base package though, they might be bigger in signature). There were no extra laying charges although we did end up spending $2600 to get our alfresco done. With the laminate we paid $440 (I think) to have the skirting put on after flooring. We also paid the kitchen company to modify the kickboards and put barbacks/end panels and waterfall ends on after the flooring. This was about $1500 and like getting blood from a stone to get them to agree to do it, others on here haven't been given that option so they will have the scotia trim around the kitchen. I'm not sure whether it's worth the cost to be honest.
