You'll love the sensor light in the pantry... I'm so lazy now, I walk into a room and forget I need to actually switch a light on! Haha. A word of advice- if you think you'll be doing meal prep or spending extended periods in there make sure they wire up the pantry light to have a wall switch too. Otherwise you'll find yourself having to wave your arms around to trip the sensor. They forgot to wire mine up at fit off and so until it was fixed it made life difficult ! It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ". We… 18 28115 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4918 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14840 |
