We have booked in a pre-flooring inspection on August 31st with the SS (he asked for it), and we noticed that the small amount of weatherboard at the back isn't painted so we bring that up then if it isn't done within the next week. We took ages to decide between the Concord and Tourmaline. Your house will look great!
