They said about 4-6 weeks but it would be great if it was sooner!!

Coral is my top choice at the moment. I'm nervous though as i have H type soil and another builder I have looked into said they only charge what it costs them to do a slab upgrade, which would be around $9000. However they have said other builders sometimes charge over $20k. They are a custom building company though and i simply can not afford to go through them hence trying to decide on a project builder. Do you mind me asking how much over the "list price" you ending up going? I've taken a screen shot of our contract and we had H2 soil so yours shouldn't be as expensive as ours.
