The first time it happened a couple weeks ago I mentioned to the SM and he told me he had asked for another pipe to be connected but it hadnt happened yet, and we had more rain yesterday with the same result, but not as bad.
The two downpipes they connected are highlighted yellow, and the areas with the pooling water is in red.
Is this a problem I should be concerned about or am I just being too precious about my baby being built?

I would raise it too. Our last inspection picked up that our trades keep disconnecting our temp downpipes and when it rains it allows water to pool and seep into the bricks and run down the slab which can cause issues with your slab in the future.
