Coral is my top choice at the moment. I'm nervous though as i have H type soil and another builder I have looked into said they only charge what it costs them to do a slab upgrade, which would be around $9000. However they have said other builders sometimes charge over $20k.  They are a custom building company though and i simply can not afford to go through them hence trying to decide on a project builder. We are in early stages of building Grange 25 and have asked them to do preliminary quote for E soil type as we are near a canal. I am hoping that the $20000 is enough. Seeing your tender makes me feel a bit better. All I can say is have a good idea of what you want. We knew what we wanted and were still there 3.5 hours lol. And take your tile samples with you.
