Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ 46Aug 17, 2017 3:17 pm Following along as I am currently trying to decide on a builder. Coral is my top choice at the moment. I'm nervous though as i have H type soil and another builder I have looked into said they only charge what it costs them to do a slab upgrade, which would be around $9000. However they have said other builders sometimes charge over $20k. They are a custom building company though and i simply can not afford to go through them hence trying to decide on a project builder. Do you mind me asking how much over the "list price" you ending up going? We are in early stages of building Grange 25 and have asked them to do preliminary quote for E soil type as we are near a canal. I am hoping that the $20000 is enough. Seeing your tender makes me feel a bit better. Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ 54Aug 21, 2017 8:33 pm fec88 Any tips before I have my colour appointment tomorrow? All I can say is have a good idea of what you want. We knew what we wanted and were still there 3.5 hours lol. And take your tile samples with you. Can't wait to see your build Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ 59Aug 25, 2017 5:13 am Sorry I haven't posted the colour selections, this week has been madness at work as well as we have had to reselect the colours as our covenant states that neighbours aren't allowed to have similar colours, so I have until Monday to resubmit my choices (which is driving me crazy) mainly because I wasn't organised for the appointment Here are the colours we are planning for the outside: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I will post on Saturday the final colours for everything Did you find the answers you were looking for?
