We live in Narangba (Forest Ridge) and have for 20 years where we have brought our kids up. It is a great area and great schools but with the kids moving out (both 20+), it is time to downsize the block and house and move onto the next stage. We are in the process of buying land at Redcliffe and building the Grange 25. We made the same change with putting bedroom 2 into the media and making our dining bigger. We also have a wrap around outdoor area. I agree, who needs 3 living area. Fantastic! Do you have a diagram of your changes? It sounds like our house you have great taste haha. We also made our dining 1 metre bigger! Happy to hear Narangba is a good place to live - we have a young family (20 months and 3 month old girls) so good schools are very important to us. Im hoping we'll be in our new home before you start your build, so ill take lots of pics for you to compare Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 16Aug 03, 2017 7:06 pm I will put something up when I have a better drawing. Looks very similar, just narrower as our block is only 12.5m wide. So maybe ill get some notifications now lol. Im still a few weeks away from selections as i havent even got my tender letter yet - i think that will be ready on the 4th of Sep. So im just twiddling my thumbs waiting to get started. I had to change SC's on the weekend, as my SC never returned any of my messages, so i am a bit behind with everything. Like you, i love seeing everyones selections! I have gained so many ideas since jumping on this - its great. We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA. It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ".
