The PCI checklist many on here have recommended is brilliant and is only $4, well worth it. Only carpets and corking done this week plus a site clean this afternoon. List is still long *No mirror doors for robes *No shower screens *No mirrors in bathroom ensuit and powder room *Issue with ensuit toilet cant be mounted on wall due to load bearing beams waiting for a new toilet to come from Sydney to be installed *painter missing above all tiles as never painted low enough and touch ups needed *kitchen tap not installed hole is missing as we were setting it back into the stone been told today that they cant do it due to the sink being to large and not enough room before it runs into the island part. We have 2 options new stone and smaller sink or just a new sink and put the hole in the sink. We have agreed to the second as I dont really care and it will be much quicker. *electrical issue with a 3way light switch to be rectified *final clean required *dishwasher to be installed but power point is missing so electrician will need to fix first These are just things need doing I havnt listed the other things we have spotted yet like toilet roll holder lose, external drain pipes broken etc. Also we upgrade our towel rail in the ensuit to large size and due to no room near shower wall they have located it past the double basins down on the furtest wall away from shower just outside the toilet. So dumb why would they have not brought this up with us during plan stage I would have left it. So I have had to go out and buy a bamboo timber towel ladder so I can reach a towel when I get out of my shower https://www.homeone.com.au/member/bribiebell Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 659Aug 03, 2017 8:28 pm Regarding the wall mounted toilet, did you request that toilet originally? If so it's their fault if they didn't add adequate noggings/support in the wall. If they're downgrading to a floor mounted wc make sure you're happy with it and I feel like you should get some $ credited back!! Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14971 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 5999 Hi all.
