Pretty sure that although it's build to boundary, the wall isn't on the boundary line. It's 1 gutter width away. Your guttering can't overhang your neighbours property therefore the wall can't be exactly on the boundary. If this is the case, that wall isn't on their property to destroy. They didn't pay for it so they can't touch it without permission Building our forever home! Our plans show that it is built 200mm inside the boundary. There is really nothing we can do about it now but wondering what the legalities are if the fixings cause any future damage to our wall etc and whether it has any impact on termite barriers and the like.
