We had anticipated we were going to spend some more money, but it came in over budget. Cut out a few items like upgraded doors and light switches and ended up around 4k over. Signed all of our settlement documents today as well, so that should all be finalised in the coming weeks. Have been told a slab is penciled in for late August, assuming there's no issues with council or other days. So excited now!
