Hopefully keys will be yours soon!! Kitchen installer invited me For a look yesterday. I didn't want to say no! Hahahaha I love it!!! http://preludehome.tumblr.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13971Jul 19, 2017 4:14 pm Looks great beeprelude! Love the window splashback - my home isn't configured to enable a window splashback but gosh I like the look of them. I love the corner shelving on your island bench too, it's a clever use of space. Can't wait to see more pics as it comes together. Way to go Gibson! Looking forward to news of keys soon. Any pics? We still have painters on site. Looks like we've had the first coat on walls, internal doors are being painted and I spotted the architraves/trim being started today. Painters were happy to let me poke my head in. Our kitchen splashback has been tiled, but not grouted yet - Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our laundry tub is in position - Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Loving the water feature in our Theatre Room ... Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13978Jul 26, 2017 12:02 pm ![]() Hey, Does anybody have any experience with waterproofing... this is what they have done below where our freestanding baths will be installed. It doesn't seem right? Surely they aren't just going to tile a hole? what if the floods, it will fill the roof cavity. Also does it matter that they have used two different products? Both bathrooms are on the first floor? Hi Rox82 Our bathroom was done the same way. After the waterproof they built a wall for the bath, tiled over that and silicon the floor to wall join to make it waterproof. They will have to tile around the floor pipe and make it waterproof , if you have floor tiles under the bath.
