This was an upgrade to Oyster. Ensuite is urban but has the 40mm thicker edge because of the upgrade to that room. They have started an undercoat... let's hope this is just the roller marks of the undercoat and NOT the plasterboard acting up. My concern is there is nothing in the gap to stop vermin - they have foam or termite matting or something most of the way up but nothing adjacent the sill brick.
