We are confused whether we should be going with Ansa or another established builder? Did you guys sign up with Ansa? Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 6Aug 21, 2017 1:21 am Hi CleanupStack , Yes looks like we are all confused. There are a couple of reasons to be confused, hardly you find reviews about their products, Current running project details, Site cost bit too high 45k + Additional cost based on your land and at the end price not cheap! it's pretty much similar to other renowned builder. But their inclusion / Upgrade package has really good value. Anyway, I have deposited 1k for formal Tender see hows its go. Where about you purchased package? Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 10Aug 24, 2017 12:37 am Hi CleanupStack , We received formal tender after deposited 1k. Actually, its came less than initial quote. But may increase 5-6 grand for Slab next stage once they complete the soil test. Next stage is deposit 5k which I haven't done yet. Like to find out if anyone already did and any suggestion . Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 11Sep 18, 2017 5:24 pm Hi all,
My direct number is: 0426 558 787 and my email address is sales@ansahomes.com.au thanks again for taking the time and providing us your feedback. Girgis Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 12Sep 20, 2017 5:04 pm titos97 Just wondering anyone build with Ansa homes .I like their quote. They are bit transparent and current upgrade offers really good . If can share some experience that will be great. Not sure where to start! We have just finalised our tender and it has been such a good experience! We have dealt mainly with Girgis Sirgyous the building development manager and he has been amazing to deal with. He has been there to answer any questions we've had no matter how silly the question and so patient with us! We've made a few changes to the floor plans and when we were expecting to be told that it couldn't be done...he found a way to get the plans exactly as we wanted them. We can only hope that our build will be as good an experience as this initial stage has been! This is our second time building and we cannot wait for the moment we walk into our ANSA home! I should add that our final tender price was better then the quick quote we were initially given. Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 14Oct 12, 2017 11:06 pm This was my first time building and I absolutely loved my experience with ANSA Homes. I am not a first time home owner but I am a first time home builder and every step of the way was a dream with ANSA. They clearly identified what my experience would be like, openly admitting that it can be stressful but we were a team and they would help me through my fears and worries. I felt like part of their family. I know friends who have built with other, larger building companies and when we compare experiences, I win every time. In saying that, there were times when I felt stressed, but ANSA talked me through it all. Everyone I dealt with always made me feel relaxed and allayed my fears. Even my site supervisor was so lovely and polite, always answering my questions no matter how silly they seemed or how often he had been asked them before. In reading some of the other reviews for ANSA, I can see that there are some unhappy people out there. Maybe they had different expectations or didn't fully understand the process - who knows. All I can say is that every single builder on this planet has client's that are unhappy but I couldn't recommend this company more highly. With the bigger building companies, I felt like a number when I talked to their Sales team. ANSA Homes was personable from the beginning to the end. I will be sorry that I won't get to speak to them as often any more but I will definitely build with them again. Thanks for the experience ANSA Homes. I can't wait to go again! Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 15Oct 15, 2017 2:56 pm Hi, Tee_man Which building Stage you are now? According to Ansa Process, you have to pay 10% way before work commenced where other builders you don't have to do that. Before paying 10% you don't know, what type of fittings, Material you will get as they will not give you any appointments. But with other builders after 1k deposit, you will get your complete desgins, all appointments so in case you change your mind due to poor quality fittings and material you will lose 1k only. But according to ANSA process, you will lose your 10% its bit high-risk process. and a lot of people don't want to take that risk. Our process is completely transparent and we tell you every step of the way before we even take the initial deposit. Every builder has a different process and this is ours. We don't hide it at all obviously. We believe in transparency and honesty. If the process does not work for you, then please flag it with one of our team members. You are also free to not go ahead with our process if this is a real concern for you. We want to build your home and we hope that you would give us the opportunity to do so. I hope this helps and please contact me direct on 0426 558 787 if you have any questions. Reagrds Girgis Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 17Nov 16, 2017 1:53 pm We are building Tenille 36 with Granny Flat with Ansa. We are at the coloring stage now. So far the staff are friendly and helpful. This is my first time so I did have a lot of questions, they explained to me very clearly of the steps. However after reading your all comments about building progress and outcome, I am nervous now. Coloring has been dragging as we have to go to many appointments with external contractors, and honestly I am not quite happy with where we are after such period of time. I will try to talk to ANSA first though. I just thought I might share some experience to those who are thinking of building with ANSA. We have a LOT of happy clients that we have never asked to give us reviews. Now that we have some constructive feedback online, we started asking our clients to put some reviews online. So please bear with us until we get a good number of them online to give you a peace of mind to build with us. In the meantime, I am more than happy to give you as many reference as you need to help you with your decision in building with us at ANSA Homes. Thanks and please don't hesitate to contact me directly on 0426 558 787 if you have any questions or via emails on homedevelopment@ansahomes.com.au Cheers Girgis Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 19Nov 16, 2017 2:03 pm paigevo We are building Tenille 36 with Granny Flat with Ansa. Hi paigevo, I am glad to hear that you are having a great experience thus far with us and the team. I completely understand being nervous after reading some of the constructive comments that we have had here. However I would strongly recommend talking with our colours team asap to speed up the process. If getting to too many suppliers' showrooms is taking you a bit of time because of work or family commitments, please speak with our team on how we can speed up the process and maybe we can do the leg work for you and your family. We like to give you options with everything as this is your family's home. So we simply want to do the right thing for you. However if it's taking longer than you expected, then please talk to the team and let us help you through it all. Thanks and please give me a call direct on 0426 558 787 or via email on homedevelopment@ansahomes.com.au Cheers Girgis Re: Did Anyone one build with ANSA Homes ? 20Feb 19, 2018 11:21 am I recently got in touch with ANSA homes and spoke to Elya. What a nice guy but reading the online reviews I am a little concerned about build times (8 to 10 months apparently based on other online posts) - that is the longest build time I've come across! I'm also a little confused re the process of how to get to a fixed price . We have a slope so we need certainty on site costs and that will involve a few tests and surveys. Sounds like we need to make a second payment to get to a fixed price which again is different to other builders and you are left out of pocket compared to tender costs of other builders if the fixed price comes back more than a nominal amount. Has anyone had major discrepancies re costs post initial deposit? No the fireplace doesn’t work. It’s been enclosed. I’m not sure what was removed, as it was done quite some time ago - well before what I can see with photos online… 2 11530 Very common on rendered homes Smaller suppliers get the lower quality raw materials 6 11803 4 14131 |
