Will do! Thanks again.
haha that's a really scary thought - I might end up making him run sideways up the walls like the matrix. That would take ages to do.

Your landscaping thread is awesome, I will totally do one next time. You guys have put in some serious effort. If you have any drainage questions don't forget Mr T is a water engineer and a soil scientist (and a dork ) he will happily offer some ideas for you. Now I know about your other thread I can get him to have a look should you have any questions down the track. Ohhh that's exciting about the pool man, I seriously hope he drops his price so you can get it on budget. Thanks heaps for the offer of your husband's help if we need it, you're too kind. We haven't attempted the drainage along the top side of the patio yet. It hasn't rained for a little while so I figure the problem has gone away Re: Newcastle KDR (Sekisui)-Post build -Patio cover & Landsc 1143Jul 07, 2017 8:35 pm I'm so excited - we signed up for a pool today!! Woohoo!!! About 12 weeks it should be til it's delivered and installed. We thought they'd have wanted to come last week before EOFY but he didnt seem concerned and was booked out. So he came this afternoon and we managed to get the price down into budget. The pool is this little baby and will be off the end of the patio: Re: Newcastle KDR (Sekisui)-Post build -Patio cover & Landsc 1145Jul 07, 2017 9:54 pm cat, that is one Great news. 12 weeks is not long to wait. Haha we're dorks Re: Newcastle KDR (Sekisui)-Post build -Patio cover & Landsc 1151Jul 08, 2017 4:06 pm cat_dunc lozza81 Who did you end up going with? Shannon at Tranquility. Awesome. It's going to look great. Can see you guys sitting in there.. love the pic hahaha. I think that pool was our second choice, we ended up going with the Oasis 6. Re: Newcastle KDR (Sekisui)-Post build -Patio cover & Landsc 1152Jul 31, 2017 2:12 pm Eeep. So excited. Got a call from Tranquility Pools this morning and the pool has been approved and we're booked in for installation on the 21st August, pending weather. Thats two months earlier than they estimated when we signed the contract. So much to do. Need to arrange an electrician, find and buy pavers and fencing, and hire temporary fencing.
