We decided to remove all the boutique Windows around the house, but leaving the sliding doors boutique. One extra going to note stencil, is that the prices I gave you are for single glazed boutique. We had a separate line item for double glazing, which would include the boutique ones. We are going to go double glazing anyway, so all the windows will be awning type, which is far nicer than the sliding windows imo. My wife also went to an A&L display, and the lady there said that boutique Windows are usually ordered by commercial sites and shops, not really residential homes. Mostly because commercial sites don't have window furnishings (shop fronts etc...). We will have curtains. No one will see them! She also said to consider low - e glass instead of double glazing. Haven't done enough research on that yet though. We signed the contract with 18points in the drawing, now BC sent an email saying it was incorrect and there should only be 12? Re: Porter Davis double storey 68Jul 17, 2017 2:57 pm Don't they use the same outlets? The air con is an add-on unit to the central heating, I thought. Ducted heating unit is located IN the roof and comes with 12 round outlets. Evap cooling is located ON the roof and comes with 9 square outlets. No. of outlets depends on the size the the house you are building.
