Hooray!!! It's been such a nightmare, topped off by the builder deciding to claim time on the Contract, allowing them more time to build our house, all because of their error. We queried that and they dropped it. We have worked out that they have wasted 19% of their allowed build time on this mistake... Oops. The builder will want to get a hurry along too as we negotiated a higher weekly penalty than the standard $250. In my street, I'm one of the last who will move in, by about 6-8months Its been especially hard watching so many people building through H1, some even started after me, but have moved in before me.
