When I look at all or structural mods and the cost overall of the build vs some metricon and wisdom homes with the upgraded as on display prices- we would have been better going with another builder where not so much structural modification was necessary C U S T O M. How did you get Coral to take responsibility or didn't you get the hstp system outside Coral? Ours is a Taylex system too but very complicated as we had a huge amount of restrictions. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9020Jul 04, 2017 10:02 am Does anyone know what the standard choice are for Mortar with coral? I was just on the Boral bricks website and really like the "Buff" colour but not sure if this is standard or extra. Also if anyone knows what standard bricks are included that would be awesome! You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14927 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15191 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6680 |
