Another question with the place you are in now, if it's the same design as ours, in the main bathroom does the shower screen hit the toilet when fully opened? Yeah we like the single story design, we will most likely be starting a family in this house so we were not a fan of stairs either for the reason of little kids etc. We've been told roughly 3 months from registration also. When did you put the deposit down on your block? Have you had your kitchen/electrical appts? We were supposed to get our preliminary plans back last week but hopefully we should get them this week. Allworth have been good too so far, they are building a few homes up there apparently.
