just though i'd add my 2cents I also bought land in Tarneit Gardens and we decided to go with Carlisle Homes. If your looking to find a builder with alot of standard inclusions trust me they are worth checking out. This was the first builder where I was amased to see the number of standard inclusions they have. AT the end of the day it was all the little extras that made us choose them. Absolutely!! We don't have one where we're renting at the moment - and if you cook spaghetti or a curry you can definitely smell it when you wake up the next morning or when you come home after going out!
