Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1587May 24, 2017 5:35 am Love everything! Your flooring is just beautiful. Makes the house feel so warm and inviting! Are you staining the deck yourself? I love black Japan- I wanted this inside as well but coral wouldn't do it. I have heard it can be fiddly to work with so keen for your feedback! I think it's a nice choice with your internal flooring C U S T O M. C O R A L. The carpet & floorboards really go well together...and the decking looks great too...thinking I should have done that. We will likely do tiles to portico and alfresco however not any time soon. Not long now until you'll be in!!!! Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1590May 24, 2017 9:15 am Congrats emz everything is looking great! I am really loving the dropped ceiling over the kitchen it looks awesome. Metricon - Duxton 39 1591May 24, 2017 11:51 am kylz4 Hey Emmz, did you get a quote back for your sheets yet? Yes I did. 3.3k was the quote. Which I was happy with. So they'll be doing 4 S-fold drops of sheers from ceiling to floor for both stacked doors in dining and family, and both windows in dining room, the 2 small windows in family and a 6.2m sheer to cover the whole wall upstairs in leisure room. I thought the price was very reasonable. we pay 20% deposit then pay balance once they're ready looking forward to seeing them I decided to stay with Chocolate colour Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1592May 24, 2017 4:11 pm So I received a phone call today to say our curtains are ready super speedy people that's for sure. But had to let them know house wasn't ready for handover and will be in touch with them soon. No way will I get those installed with lots of rough neck tradies lurking around hah Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1593May 24, 2017 4:13 pm Wow that was super fast!! We clearly didn't use the same curtain company Looking forward to seeing them! Price was super reasonable! C U S T O M. C O R A L. Lol Yes fingers crossed it's not a PCI from hell I better grab me a large coffee to go lol II'm not looking forward to the move. It would be totally exhausting lol Haha try moving with 11 people in the family. When we moved in this house it was 10. 2 kids have moved out since. So now there's 11 of us. I'm going to start buying boxes and packing soon as the house starts getting done. At least from lock up. I think it will be much easier. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: Metricon - Duxton 39 1600May 24, 2017 9:07 pm Doulton777 Emmz70 kylz4 All the best for PCI tomorrow Emmz!!
