We are currently living in saddlers and have a friend who just built in stage 6 of wallis creek! Small world 😁 Re: Anyone building Capri 25 with Coral Homes? 9May 23, 2017 6:53 pm We are building grange in Newie there's quite a few on the Coral general build that have or are building Capri and pics of qld display too. We drove up to look at grange display pt Macquarie & loved it luckily Re: Anyone building Capri 25 with Coral Homes? 11May 25, 2017 11:02 am brenybren Browndog I think I might go for a drive up to port for a stickybeak. Thanks heaps Re: Anyone building Capri 25 with Coral Homes? 13Apr 14, 2018 4:19 pm rish16 LozandMitch Hi, We are looking at building the Capri 25 and would love some feedback on the house! Thanks heaps Hey, We ended up flying to QLD to see the Capri 25 and it was awesome! We now have our land registered and we have our house in council so hopefully will get a start date soon! So far so good with Coral, I’ve seen a lot of negativity surrounding coral but we haven’t had any issues. Our consultant was amazing and we just made sure everything was in our tender before signing! The 200 days tender didn’t ever really pop up for us because our land was due to register well within this time frame however my understanding is that if you go over 200 days, there is a one off fee?? Maybe have a chat to your consultant if you are concerned, they have always been really open and honest with all of my questions! Let me know if you have any other questions Re: Anyone building Capri 25 with Coral Homes? 14Apr 14, 2018 4:25 pm LozandMitch rish16 LozandMitch Hi, We are looking at building the Capri 25 and would love some feedback on the house! Thank you so much for the reply. Where are you building? M just worried about 200 days tender because someone said they can hold price for 200 days but construction should start in 200 days from the day you paid initial deposit and other one said that within 200 days your land needs to be registered. Don't know which is true. Any chance you can find out from your tender /consultant please Did you really fly to QLD that's awesome Re: Anyone building Capri 25 with Coral Homes? 15Apr 14, 2018 4:46 pm We are building at heritage Parc in Rutherford. We had our tender originally drawn up in June last year and we only had our land register in February but our prices didn’t change so I’m not sure. I’ve had a quick look through our tender and I can’t see anything about it, there are some dates in there where documents need to be signed prior to etc but nothing further. If anything I would say it would be from when you pay your deposit but I could be wrong. I would just pop into a sales office and ask them. I paid initial deposit in Nov17 and land registration is getting delayed and they are telling that land will register in june 2018. My consultant initially said land needs to be registered in 200 days and now he is saying that construction should start in 200 days. How many days before 1)we can do our tender / color scheme/electrical? or is it has to be done after land registration. Do ask your consultant please regarding 200 days means what. Also any chance you can get national sales manager number " Michael wilson". The only reason i am asking so i can call him and get some proofs before meeting my sales consultant. Thanks Heaps Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14175 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4376 Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 25074 |
