It's not about your privacy, it about protecting your neighbor's privacy.
Lucky we have translucent films on only two windows. We will definitely peel them off as soon as we move in. Lol
Browse Forums Building A New House Re: New here we are building the Doulton 56 with extension 417May 20, 2017 12:55 pm trimum No we kept the same home design we originally chose and all the variations and the new builder promised to honour the contract but they have changed almost every single supplier - benchtops, windows, garage door, flooring - all had to be reselected and I just feel that we are a nuisance as the new builder has not taken on the design into their portfolio so hasn't built any of our home design before and won't in the future. They are going off the plans from our old builder and have already had to be corrected a few times, they put the frames and windows in the wrong places and we feel we have to check everything to correct them. Hopefully things will get a bit better we have a meeting with them in a couple of weeks and we are trying to maintain as best communication as we can although last week we were sent a formal letter threatening us with action if we didn't stay out of the site! Our Acacia build - http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=86619 Oh gee so sorry you have to go through that. That would be hard. Don't know what I would have done in your position. I really hope they listen too you guys and get off their high horses. That would be such a pain. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: New here we are building the Doulton 56 with extension 418May 21, 2017 12:25 pm Hi Your windows will be obscure due to overlooking issues. They can be obscure to 1700 above the floor, then clear. It's not much, but you get to see the sky. I doubt if any at the front will need to be obscure. In no way will I spend that much on a house just to have fogged windows even if it's clear up the top. Which doesn't even have that. viewtopic.php?t=86597 Re: New here we are building the Doulton 56 with extension 420May 23, 2017 12:41 pm Any lucky person whose construction started?
