Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Our Metricon Duxton 39- Coastal Facade 117May 17, 2017 3:37 pm Update: 17th May We had our inspection yesterday. SM had spent all day at the house cleanning, filling gaps, making it look just right. He has done a great job, really happy with his work throughout the build. Inspection went really well, we had been in and out of the house over time picking up things for him to address so thankfully there were only small defects. All is on track, at this stage, for handover early next week. Then the daunting prospect of retaining walls in the backyard will begin (already doing my head in!). We can't believe we're almost there and we can move in to our new baby. Safe to say the kids are excited about their new house and rooms!
