Re: Retaining wall plans 10May 25, 2017 6:36 pm I have done this plenty of times less than 1 metre from the fence boundary and less than 600mm wall height the certifier wasnt even interested didnt even look at it. It was something I was worried about he couldnt have cared less. Your other option build it 1001mm past the fence boundary hehehehhe . Retaining wall plans 11Jul 14, 2017 12:11 am I'm still waiting to hear from my certifier but so far I've spent; $700 for structural engineer plans "stamped" via Aussie concrete products resident engineer. $18 for the Sydney water tap-in application and $880 referral to a water services coordinator (Acor) to also stamp my plan to the extent "not service affecting" $133 to Parramatta council for the 149-2 and 149-5 planning certificates. $1045 for the certifier PCA engagement and mandatory inspections.
