Hi My block is the same size as yours but I am wondering how you managed to get the Livingstone 26 to fit on the block? What sort of modifications did you make? From my understanding you need 5.5m from front boundary to porch/house and 4m from rear boundary.. so 9.5m total, block length is 28m.. so you're left with 18.5m long house, whereas the Livingstone 26 is 20.5m long? Council approval and CDC approval. May be you are refering to council requirements, check CDC requirements. CDC is faster in terms of approving and also comparatively higher fees but builders will take care of charges. Setback is calculated from the start of the structural part. So 20.5 should fit in. From what I know its not the entrance, its the front outer wall of the building. But definitely not the porch. Porch is normally protuded outside compared to the outer wall of the building but again designs differ. Hopefully that's a sign of more progress to follow. I noticed that a couple of you guys have managed to obtain a list indicating the Street numbers for the entire estate. Can someone advise how to get a hold of this list via the internet please? Thanks Peter A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
