I was actually given your details by homes by CMA by mistake, so I thought mine was going down now, but it was actually yours. I am still a week off because they gave me the details of your SS not mine. Upside down majestic35.weebly.com Re: Building the Bella with Homes by CMA in North Harbour, S 157May 02, 2017 7:28 am That's really strange because the images themselves when I open them in a photo app, are the right way round. And when I view this thread on my laptop, they're the right way around. It's only on mobile they're upside down. Bizarre! Re: Building the Bella with Homes by CMA in North Harbour, S 158May 09, 2017 11:19 am So the slab was poured on a Saturday. Frames delivered the following Thursday. The entire house was framed, including roof trusses, and wrapped, on Friday! I went to stickybeak on Saturday afternoon and voila, there was a whole entire house! We had a walk through the frame, I got to finally show my partner what I'd envisioned for months now, and I got all overcome and emotional and had a little sob. I've worked so hard for this for years and years now, and finally, I can see my dreams becoming reality. I'm really sad about the lack of communication from the builders, the only time I hear from them is when the accounts lady sends me another invoice, she's on the phone 30 seconds later asking me to confirm I've received their bill... but when I have questions or queries nobody replies to them. I'm yet to meet my SS, though after 3 voicemails and 4 text messages he FINALLY returned my call, promised to email me through some stuff and then promptly didn't do that and has gone back to radio silence again. But the house... the house is coming along great guns I've posted a new thread about a boundary question I have, would be grateful for any advice in there? Re: Building the Bella with Homes by CMA in North Harbour, S 159May 09, 2017 11:26 am Wow that sounds like it all went up super quick but... where are the pictures? 😜 Our build thread with Smart Homes for Living in Wellard https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=86092 Re: Building the Bella with Homes by CMA in North Harbour, S 160May 09, 2017 11:33 am Hehehe I have tonnes, will add some tonight, it's a bit busy at work at the moment May I ask why you chose not to use GJ Gardiner?
