Cables are getting stretched from Potter Grove. Roads are getting done. Started Heathcote Grove, east end, all the way up to Primrose Ave and down Clara Drive. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 676Apr 20, 2017 12:24 pm Roads are done. When I checked an hour ago they reached Eades Street and Heathcote Grove at Potter Groves end. After today they will just measure all roads and see where they need to fill in and patch up. What’s left to do? My view on observation 1) All the various area’s they marked with orange flags. 2) Fibre cable if they need to stretch it through out stage 2 3) Street Lights 4) Footpaths and driveway 5) Level out the soil and land area. If they work with the same effort and days are good a Mid May to End May finish is a 95% chance. End April to Mid May finish is a 50% chance. Had enough of this land and now I need to get stuck into the house side of things. Good luck to all.
