Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Custom Design - QLD Springfield Rise - Valeco Homes 38Apr 16, 2017 10:08 pm How exciting - we've also decided to go with Valeco. Looks like you are one step ahead of us. Full working drawings to come. Communication though i must admit has been pretty bad (through email), but im hoping the actual building process will be seamless. I am absolutely dreading electrical... i want lights everywhere! Love your plan, and is that polished concrete? super jealous.. that will be awesome. Our sales guy has been pretty great, always gets back to us really quickly. The only "issue" is sometimes when we give a list of things to adjust (add, change, remove to sales plan/variations) things get missed. But I'm a pretty patient/understanding/forgiving person, so it doesn't bother me too much. As long as it gets fixed. Though the rest of the building process will test me, I'm sure! Haha! Fingers crossed for a seamless building process for us all! I don't know anything about electrical/lights. What do you think of our electrical plan as it is atm? I would like to put pendants everywhere, hehe, though will probably only have pendants above the kitchen island. Thanks! Yup - we're having polished concrete. Went to the polished concrete company's showroom last week to talk over everything and work out exactly what we want. We're aiming for a Mechanical Polish, Nil Exposure, Matte Finish floor. I couldn't attached the photo for some reason. Here is the link to the photo https://pin.it/79jwdMp 1 3267 Yes, unless you are in a low intensity rainfall area or the area is protected from rain. Do you have access to NCC Part 2 or can you download it? I can email you a copy… 10 12822 |
