I hope you are happy with your progress. Re: Who is building with Beechwood 14706Apr 04, 2017 10:50 pm Hi all Has anyone opted for a Caesarstone benchtop but had the waterfall edges removed? We initially decided to do this in our first tender to receive a little bit of a credit back, I'm just a bit concerned now that the island bench will look unfinished without the edges. Any pics would be most appreciated. This ongoing rain is ridiculous. Heres to warm sun shining days for you all. 20/11/15 - Settled land 06/11/15 - Request 1st tender BH 21/04/16 - Colour Selections and Contracts Signed 31/05/16 - Commencement Letter 24/06.16 - Started work onsite - cut and benching begun Re: Who is building with Beechwood 14709Apr 05, 2017 10:15 am So we are 2 weeks post putting in the maintenance list and we now have 2 things marked off our list, but have had contact from multiple others and part jobs done. Garage door has been adjusted in hope it stops stopping going up, we received our chopping board for our sink and they've taken away our scratch ensuite mirror but need the tilers to come change an incorrect tile before they put the new one up. Bahaha plumber suppose to come today to look at leaking pipes and downpipe adjustments but only time will tell. The lady in the office has been very helpful and understanding. 20/11/15 - Settled land 06/11/15 - Request 1st tender BH 21/04/16 - Colour Selections and Contracts Signed 31/05/16 - Commencement Letter 24/06.16 - Started work onsite - cut and benching begun Re: Who is building with Beechwood 14710Apr 05, 2017 12:16 pm Moscato5 So we are 2 weeks post putting in the maintenance list and we now have 2 things marked off our list, but have had contact from multiple others and part jobs done. Mmm yep thats right..leaking. I really truely cringe at the thought of whats going on behind the walls and under slab with all this plumbing. Not sure if hes just coming to fix that today or to readjust the downpipes that were either short changed or have slipped aswell. Will see. I'm dredging the thought of what the rest of it will be like with them.. hopefully they sort out all of the issues with plumbing very quickly for you. It makes you wonder with everything you have been through with plumbing like the driveway pipes etc if it's not worth running a pipe camera through the system 😞 Re: Who is building with Beechwood 14713Apr 05, 2017 9:45 pm Any work on our land was supposed to commenced on Monday 10 April 2017...but look at what we found today 05.04.2017 after I arrived from work .... We just wanted to take a photos before work starts but we found our land has already been benched... Or perhaps taking advantage of work after so many days of rain... thanks #beechwoodhomes for being so efficient.
