Just wondering what the valuation is like.. under or over... I have purchased a 3 bedroom off the plan for 699K due this May, so not sure if I will have issues will valuation. Re: Building at Catherine Park 75Apr 12, 2017 9:19 am No one on this forum is in yet as far as I'm aware. I have followed the private sale of at least 4 homes there though (4bed single storeys) that have sold for over $800k. How big is the land? As far as banks go though I wouldn't know. I don't think it will be an issue. We put deposit on land down a year ago and are hoping to be in by Christmas so you've definitely gone the quicker route. Very exciting for you! majestic35.weebly.com Re: Building at Catherine Park 77Apr 21, 2017 2:29 pm DA approval came in today!!!!! Happy weekend everyone! Can't wait till we can start on site. I was having a look at the 2nd release yesterday. Quite a few slabs down and some frames going up. A little depressing that some of the 2nd release will be finished before us though lol How long does your builder estimate until you're in construction? majestic35.weebly.com go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110564 |
