Modified Burbank Macleod 299 77Apr 03, 2017 10:37 pm andyboiii First_Timer_Ray All the best with your build. We have signed with Burbank to build the Spotswood which is similar to the Macleod. I'll be following your build with interest as our land isn't due to title until September. Nice mate! Spotswood is an awesome design. Better kitchen than the Macleod IMO. Did you opt for the 5th bedroom or kept the study? I really love the idea of two WIR in the master bedroom. Mine's anticipated to title in July, but most likely August I'm tipping, so build probably won't start til September? That's how these things usually go from what I hear. How much did the macleod cost you Andii, in construction? And are burbank more dearer when it comes to inclusions or upgrades? Re: Waratah Estate (Mickleham). The macleod didn't cost me too much, even with high ceilings (2,774), stone bench tops, 2 metre extension to the garage, 2nd ensuite/WIR, site costs of $19k etc... 34sq house and just the construction cost me $280k. I removed a few things like driveway, dishwasher and blinds... all of which I'll get cheaper, except for the dishwasher, i won't use it so i took it out as the house is just for me.
