In good news, tiling has finally started.
Although, given this sign on the front door I'm thinking tiling only began yesterday

Says 'wet tile today Friday'.
The boxes of tiles in the master bedroom waiting to be installed. And you can see they've started the en suite floor.

So I'm excited to see some tiling.. FINALLY. And I'm looking at the floor tiles, and thinking.. .man I really thought I had picked a lighter colour, more grey..these are looking really brown.. but I guess they look different once they are laid and they are okay.
But as I was leaving, I stole a cut off from the bin out front and put it up against my sample piece when I got home..
Spot the difference?

... I picked Manhattan Light Grey, it appears they've laid Manhattan Beige...although the boxes are called Cappuccino.
From my colour appointment, here they are next to each other in store.. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
Same tiles, but in the gloss. I picked the lighter one.. there is a subtle difference.

So wondering what to do.. do I tell them? Do I demand they give me the ones I picked? Or do I just live with it in hopes I might move in this century. Thankfully the colour difference isn't too obvious, imagine if I had picked the lightest and they gave me the darkest. *I didn't pay any extra for these tiles.
