Obviously every openable window will have them. But... just realised I don't want flyscreens on our two kitchen windows to ruin the view, and wouldn't match our galley window anyway which is a fixed window. So thinking maybe we should change them to fixed glass. Just not sure if I'd want to open windows when cooking. I never do at current house anyway, usually just put the evap fan on for 5-10 mins and tends to get rid of any smells. Thoughts? Then if you do need them later you'll have them. Our splash back window is fixed but apparently we had to as it's in front of a gas burner and there's a risk with having a draft come through near a gas flame and blowing the flame out I guess. Not that I'd want it openable anyway so that was fine. The window above our sink slides open and the fly screen they will put on will also slide open the same direction so we can use it as a server window Hi, can anyone recommend a custom home builder who can build in north east area?
