Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Where can I get a copy of land title or settlement for l 3Mar 29, 2017 11:31 am Talkey My builder has just requested this, along with deposit, etc. I've been looking through my files and don't think I have a copy of this. I presume I can request it from somewhere but not sure where to start. Do you know the quickest / easiest / free way to do this? Thanks. It's not free but you should be asking your solicitor for this. They can do a title search for you and it should not cost anymore than $20 for NSW. If they want more than that give me a call. I do this for all of my clients as a solicitor.
