Hi yep we are getting two retaining walls put in to have two seperate levels one for the house one for garden and extra lawn (the block is 1300sqm) To build on the block it needed to be level regardless we are just lucky that we can save a fair bit of money due to the contacts we have in the industry, otherwise it wouldnt have been possible.
