Gee i like the look of the spray one! Did it go far? Off for a google lol Yeah it did actually.... did both my bathrooms and there is still more in the tin. I'm going to go over the lower half of the shower and around the bath again just to really seal the grout that will always be getting wet. It lasts for 3-5 years so defs worth it M A R C O O L A 3 2 - Coral homes Oh your kidding thats awesome!! So in 3-5 do you remove it or just wear off? You just redo it.... the sealant starts to wear thin over time. High traffic areas and wet areas will wear faster (3 years) everywhere else will last longer. I had to use a cloth to buff off residue that got on to the tile and at the end I tried to rinse the cloth out and it wouldn't absorb any water to clean it.... water just rolled off it I guess that's how it works... it was pretty cool to see though when coral fix your grout you should definately give it a whirl. Imaging perfect grout that looks brand new for years to come M A R C O O L A 3 2 - Coral homes
Ahhh WOW you've sold me!!! I think 90% of my house will need to be redone so will definitely be doing that! It sounds sooo much easier than the other products. Thanks again, i know how crazy busy these first fews days are so appreciate your help!
Haha it's totally fine... I'm laying in bed writing my list of stuff to do tomorrow haha Good luck with your maintenance meeting!!! M A R C O O L A 3 2 - Coral homes
Hahah least your in bed nice and early! Thinking its mr maintenance man whos going to be needing luck.. and a big budget lol _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Coral homes - Marcoola - Pimpama 418Mar 23, 2017 8:01 pm The algot in kids rooms looks great! What did you use to seal the grout? I really need to do ours These are the two products I used. The blue bottle I did my floors with, the spray can I used for my upright wet areas it was a little easier and quicker. It was an absolutely crappy job but I know I will be thanking myself for it in the years to come both products together cost me just under $80. I was gonna ask Beaumonts which one to use on the floor as we have polished porcelain and misty grey grout i want it to stay as clean as possible. ..well good intentions anyway lol Coral Homes Marcoola 30 Mod viewtopic.php?t=85789 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14971 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 5998 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 109499 |
