They are also not locked down to proprietary thermostat/controllers so you can replace it with anything if you don't like what is provided. Pretty sure they come bundled with a rebranded Smart Temp SMT770 which is a rock solid thermostat controller. It doesn't have zoning support so that will be additional to the controller. As to the sizing, without seeing plans I'd say not large enough... They have quoted $11,614 for Single Storey house (22 sq) - 12.4KW, 2 Zones. Just wanted to check how did your ducted AC installation go after handover.
