Once we are moved in and paint the garage floor and have the patio tiled hopefully we won't have any more concrete dust come in I have been busily unpacking and took some extra pics to share Son 1 - Algot system from IKEA. And yes that was the reason I constructed the pax in my bedroom as I kbew it wouldn't fit through the door lol. Was easy enough to shimmy them across to the walk in robe though, but harder to get them all flush once lined up along the wall. What did you use to seal the grout? I really need to do ours These are the two products I used. The blue bottle I did my floors with, the spray can I used for my upright wet areas it was a little easier and quicker. It was an absolutely crappy job but I know I will be thanking myself for it in the years to come both products together cost me just under $80. I'm going to go over the lower half of the shower and around the bath again just to really seal the grout that will always be getting wet. It lasts for 3-5 years so defs worth it M A R C O O L A 3 2 - Coral homes Re: Coral homes - Marcoola - Pimpama 410Mar 23, 2017 7:40 pm Skyepie Ryalls_first_build Thanks Skye!! You just redo it.... the sealant starts to wear thin over time. High traffic areas and wet areas will wear faster (3 years) everywhere else will last longer. I had to use a cloth to buff off residue that got on to the tile and at the end I tried to rinse the cloth out and it wouldn't absorb any water to clean it.... water just rolled off it I guess that's how it works... it was pretty cool to see though when coral fix your grout you should definately give it a whirl. It prolongs the clean fresh look of your grout. Helps prevent staining, water marks and mould build up in your grout My last rental was a brand new home and when we moved you could see where the kids had spilt a drink and you could see the areas in the bathroom that never got wet compared to areas that did. It didn't look "fresh" or clean. I'm really trying to prevent that with my house. We have most grey grout in the floor and white grout in the bathroom! By golly, it's gonna be the best looking grout on the street over the years M A R C O O L A 3 2 - Coral homes Re: Coral homes - Marcoola - Pimpama 416Mar 23, 2017 7:58 pm Ryalls_first_build Skyepie Ryalls_first_build [quote="Skyepie"][quote="Ryalls_first_build"]Thanks Skye!!
